What we on about this week 10/05/19

This edition of "what we on about this week" is slightly late, we apologise but we were all out celebrating and didn't have the mental capacity on Friday to put this together, but here is the office talk for you.

App Submission

The reason we were all out on the piss....... The Gamer Wager app has now been submitted to both the App and Play stores, the countdown to full launch has begun. This has been a long journey for us, just over three years to be completely honest with you. We've surrounded ourselves in everything to do with head to head video game betting and feel that we now have a finely tuned platform that you will really enjoy using.4 Watch this space as we will be putting videos up soon of how the app looks and how it responds.

Team Gamer Wager

Over the last two weeks we have been sponsoring individuals within the gaming and sporting world. First up we added Super Featherweight boxer Aqib Fiaz to our roster, a brilliant boxing prospect trained by 2018 Trainer of the year Jamie Moore. Give him a follow on Twitter and Instagram and follow his progress to become world champion. Aqib fought his second professional fight against an opponent that was a few weights bigger than him and recorded a fine points win, Well Done Aqib!!! We also entered our own team into the CWL London tournament. Even though they only had a few days to practice together they still finished t24 in a field of 128 teams, a fine effort indeed. We will be looking to sponsor more people in the future, if you think that you have got what it takes to compete at the highest levels and are interested in being a part of Team Gamer Wager then please reach out to us on Twitter or Instagram.

Fortnite

Season 9 launched last week, as a group we have kinda fallen out of love with it (not with Peely, never with Peely) Having spent a long time playing Apex Legends we no longer have the desire to spend countless hours running around the island looting and shooting. That said we know that millions of you are still heavily into Fortnite and all it has to offer. We are looking for some people to tell us about their thoughts on how far Fortnite has come and what their feelings are about it now..... 9 seasons deep. If you are interested in contributing to our community then please reach out to us on social media.
