1. Eligibility

You must be:

A legal resident of a U.S. state where skill-based gaming is permitted
Using your own verified identity with valid payment details

2. Account Rules

Each user may only register one account
You’re responsible for all activity under your account
Gamer Wager reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules or show suspicious activity

3. Challenge Play

Matches are head-to-head skill competitions with real-money stakes
Both players must confirm results; disputes will be reviewed by our moderation team
Decisions made by Gamer Wager are final

4. Withdrawals & Payments

Winnings may be withdrawn once verified via ID and payment method
Processing times vary depending on your payment provider
Any fraudulent behaviour will lead to account suspension

5. Conduct & Fair Play

Cheating, boosting, or any form of match-fixing is strictly prohibited
You agree not to harass or abuse other users
Violations may lead to permanent bans

6. Legal Compliance

Gamer Wager operates in accordance with U.S. federal and state laws for skill gaming
Users are responsible for ensuring they are legally allowed to participate in their state

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Any losses or damages from gameplay
Network issues, disconnections, or platform downtime
